Your information. Your choices.
Effective October 27, 2026. This policy describes how Protocol Pep Talk handles information submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email, optional first name, the page you signed up from, campaign referral tags, and a dated record of the consent text you accepted. We do not ask for medical history or health conditions. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect the site.
How we use and store it
We use signup information to maintain our email list, send editorial and marketing communications, and understand which signup sources bring readers. At launch, records are held in private Vercel Blob storage. They may later move to our shared lead database. Access is restricted to authorized operators and service providers.
Sharing and sale
With the consent requested in our signup form, your email and submitted information may be shared with or sold to marketing partners for their marketing purposes. Partners have not been selected or listed on this site. You can ask us not to sell or share your information, withdraw consent, or request deletion using the form below.
Retention and requests
We retain signup records while operating the list and maintaining consent records, unless deletion is requested or a retention requirement applies. Privacy requests are stored separately for review. Submitting a request does not automatically delete a record; identity verification may be necessary before access or deletion.
Cookies and children
We do not add advertising cookies or advertising pixels in this launch version. The publication is intended for adults. Please do not submit information about a child or sensitive health information.
Your privacy choices
Request access, deletion, withdrawal of email consent, or an opt-out from sale and sharing. We will record your request for review.
